He has proven leadership skills and a track record of building high-performance sales cultures to disrupt traditional ecosystems with mobile & ecommerce and technology solutions.
Following the successful billion dollar acquisition of Bill Me Later, where he led revenue generation to support the company’s meteoric growth, Craig was tapped by eBay to lead PayPal’s enterprise-wide NA sales organization. He was responsible for North America’s growth engine that consisted of a 200+ person B2B sales and partner organization Teams under his leadership included large-enterprise, mid-market, SMB telesales, relationship management, distribution partners, product marketing, and client integration.
Craig drove new sales initiatives that tripled SMB telesales revenue in 3 years by building outbound sales team and lead-generation capabilities. The team redesigned the sales process and sales commission plans, and expanded multi-site facilities with 100 sales agents. It deployed partner strategies resulting in 30% YOY growth by creating mobile partnerships with top-tier integrators and deploying consistent checkout flow and funnel optimization.
